Shocard Worldwide LLC ("Agency") will provide managed website services under the selected tier. Services renew monthly until cancelled.
Reactive Edit: Text edits, image swaps, pricing/hours updates, link changes, and menu item additions on existing pages — made when you request them.
Proactive Improvement: Agency-initiated changes to layout, messaging, or design made when we identify an opportunity to increase orders — not on a fixed monthly schedule (Growth tier only).
Bug Fix: Correction of errors caused by Agency's work. Always free.
New pages, new sections, third-party integrations, full redesigns, rebrand updates, and copywriting are outside the monthly retainer and billed separately.
Out-of-scope work is quoted and approved in writing before Agency begins.
All requests must be submitted through the Shocard client portal — no verbal, text, or social media requests accepted. Standard turnaround is 3–5 business days.
Your selected plan is charged automatically each month via Stripe. The first charge occurs at sign-up. Subsequent charges occur on the same date monthly. Out-of-scope fees are invoiced separately and due within 5 business days.
Either party may cancel with 30 days written notice before the next billing date. No early termination fee. Send cancellation to info@shocardww.com.
Monthly fees already collected are non-refundable.
All website assets you provide remain your property. Materials created by Shocard are owned by you upon payment of all fees owed.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of New Jersey. Disputes are resolved through binding arbitration in Atlantic County, NJ.
By typing your name, you agree this constitutes a legally binding digital signature.
Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Shocard never stores your card details.
